Fees land in the school's own bank account
Parents pay by UPI, card or net banking through the school's own Razorpay account. The money never touches ZeroSuite, and the receipt is on the parent's phone within seconds.
No child sees a mark before the Principal does
Teachers enter marks, the Principal approves the term, and only then does the result appear in the parent app. A wrong mark never reaches a family.
Fix an attendance mistake and the parent hears about it
When the office corrects a wrong absence, the parent gets a fresh alert saying so, and the change is logged with who made it and when. No silent edits.
Rain closes the school? The absences go too
Flip the closure switch for the day and every false absence the closure caused is deleted. Nobody spends the next morning apologising to parents.
DPDP written into the code, not into a PDF
Consent, access requests, the breach register and the retention sweep are built in. Aadhaar, caste, date of birth, PAN and bank details are encrypted in the database, and admin sign-in needs a second factor.

Questions trustees ask before they call
Does it work for SSC, CBSE and ICSE schools?
Yes. Fee heads, exam terms, report layouts and the leaving certificate are set up per school, so each board keeps its own formats. Both live schools are in Maharashtra. If your board needs something we have not seen, we build it with you.
Where does the fee money go?
Straight into the school's own bank account through the school's own Razorpay account. ZeroSuite never holds or routes the money. The parent gets an instant receipt, and receipts export to Tally as XML.
Do parents get WhatsApp messages?
On request. As standard, parents get alerts in the school's own Android app for attendance, fees, notices and report cards. If your parents live on WhatsApp, tell us in the first call and we will set it up for your school.
Do you have transport, library or hostel?
On request. Bus routes with route-wise fees, a library and a hostel module are set up for the schools that need them. Until then, transport can be billed as a fee head. Ask us early and we will give you an honest timeline.
What does it cost?
ZeroClash is from Rs 499 a month or Rs 4,990 a year, and free for 30 days first, including 2 timetable builds and daily substitution, with no card needed. The School ERP is priced per school on a call, because a kindergarten and a two-wing school are not the same job.
How long does it take to go live?
Weeks, not a term. We import your student list from Excel, set up classes and fee heads with your office, and train staff in person. Our second school went from signing to live in a few weeks.
Is our data safe?
Aadhaar, caste, date of birth, PAN and bank details are encrypted in the database. Admin sign-in needs a second factor. Consent, access requests, a breach register and a retention sweep are built in for the DPDP Act.
