Sub-processors
To run ZeroSuite we rely on a small set of trusted service providers. This page lists the ones that may process personal data on our behalf, what each does, the data it sees and where it operates. It supports our Privacy Policy.

Each provider may use the data only to perform its service for us, under its own security and confidentiality terms. We do not sell data, and none of these providers may use student data for advertising or to train public AI models.
2.How we manage sub-processors
- We share only the data a provider needs to do its job.
- We choose providers that offer reasonable security and data-protection terms.
- Sensitive identifiers (such as Aadhaar, PAN and bank details) are encrypted at rest.
- We keep this list current and update the date above when a provider is added or removed.
3.Change notifications
Schools on a signed Data Processing Agreement can ask to be notified before we add a new sub-processor that would handle their student data, so they have a chance to review it. To be added to that notice list, email support@zerosuite.in.
